Since 2000, I have served as webmaster forfour five not-for-profit organizations. While I am no longer actively involved with all these sites and one has gone through two redesigns, I am proud that I was able to combine my avocation with a commitment to the mission and values of all four.
During the summer of 2015, I have been working with a group of lay Catholics to promote lay preaching and reflection. For more than 40 years we have been benefiting from lay reflections, even participating in homilies during Mass. Our new bishops has chosen not to permit this practice which was fully approved by his two predecessors. In response, we want to make sure that we have access to many of these fine homilists. God’s Word’s, Many Voices seeks to provide exactly that. There is a newsletter along with the web site. Click here to view and sing up to receive future issues.

Grounded in Catholic tradition, Fortunate Families ministers primarily with Catholic parents of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender daughters and sons—but welcomes families of all faiths. When parents explore and value their personal stories, they are empowered to share that story with their family circle, their faith community and the larger society.
